Beach gear, a propane grill, garage parking, and Level 2 EV charging for one guest vehicle are included. Spend the day at nearby Gulf beaches or golf courses, then unwind poolside. Pool and outdoor living Spend your days swimming, lounging, and enjoying the tropical surroundings. Your private saltwater pool includes free heating with an 85°F target, weather permitting. The screened lanai features a spacious paver deck, lounge seating, covered outdoor dining, a ceiling fan, and a propane grill. After sunset, pool lights and colorful enclosure lighting create an inviting setting for relaxed evenings. Open lots beside and behind the home give the outdoor space an open, leafy setting within the neighborhood. Comfortable spaces to gather Tall ceilings and an open layout connect the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Prepare breakfast at the large island, enjoy a movie together, or open the sliding doors to the lanai. Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a full-size washer and dryer make it easy to settle in. Sleeping arrangements • Primary bedroom: King bed, smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom • Second bedroom: Queen bed and smart TV • Third bedroom: Two twin beds and smart TV The home accommodates up to 6 guests. Restaurants, groceries, and everyday essentials are a short drive away. Pet-friendly stays are welcome with prior approval; please review the pet policy before booking.
Other Details to Note
Complimentary pool heating Pool heating is included with every stay at no additional charge. The heater is set to a target of 85°F (approximately 29°C), with heating managed by the host. No separate heating request is needed. Actual water temperature varies with outdoor conditions. Cool nights, wind, rain, and cold fronts can prevent the pool from reaching or maintaining the target. During warmer weather, the water may naturally exceed 85°F. A specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pets Up to two pets, each weighing 25 lbs or less, are welcome with prior approval. A $100 pet fee applies. Please send us your pet information before arrival. Please keep pets off furniture and out of the pool, and promptly pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste. Pets must be leashed when outside. A $250 cleanup fee may apply if additional pet cleanup is required. A $250 pool cleaning/service fee may apply if pet hair requires removal from the pool or filtration system. Exterior security cameras For guest safety and property security, exterior cameras monitor the driveway/front entry, side access, pool equipment area, screened pool area, and guest beach-gear storage. Cameras are exterior only and do not monitor indoor living spaces. Camera activity is managed through our third-party property management and security system. Smoking and house rules This is a non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. A $500 smoking fee may apply. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Parties and events are not permitted. Children must be supervised by an adult, especially around the pool and outdoor areas. Pool equipment and security devices must not be tampered with. Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care, and report any damage promptly. Serious or repeated house-rule violations may result in cancellation of the remaining stay, subject to Airbnb’s policies and applicable law. If security assistance is required because of a rule violation, a $500 security removal fee may apply.

Guests have exclusive use of the home, yard, screened lanai, pool, laundry room, driveway, and two-car garage, along with the beach and outdoor items provided for guest use. Self check-in is available through the front-door smart lock. The kitchen pantry is reserved for owner supplies and is not available for guest use. Pool equipment is managed by the host and is not to be tampered with. Driveway parking is limited to standard passenger vehicles. Boats, trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are not permitted.
