Complimentary pool heating Pool heating is included with every stay at no additional charge. Our home uses solar power, and the pool heater is set to a target of 85°F (approximately 29°C). Heating is managed by the host, so no separate heating request is needed. Actual water temperature varies with outdoor conditions. Cool nights, wind, rain, and cold fronts can prevent the pool from reaching or maintaining the target. During warmer weather, the water may naturally exceed 85°F. A specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pets Up to two pets, each weighing 25 lbs or less, are welcome. A $100 pet fee applies. Please contact us before your stay with your pet information. Please keep pets off furniture and out of the pool, and promptly pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste. Pets must be leashed when outside. Excessive pet cleanup may result in a $250 cleaning fee. A $250 pool cleaning/service fee may apply if pet hair requires removal from the pool or filtration system. Exterior security cameras For guest safety and property security, exterior cameras monitor the driveway/front entry, side access, pool equipment area, screened pool enclosure, and guest-use beach gear storage area. Cameras are exterior only and do not monitor indoor living spaces. Camera activity is managed through our third-party property management and security system. Smoking and house rules This is a non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. A $500 smoking fee may apply. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Parties and events are not permitted. All guests must be included on the reservation. Children must be supervised by an adult, especially around the pool and outdoor areas. Pool equipment and security devices must not be tampered with. Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care, and report any damage promptly. Serious or repeated house-rule violations may result in cancellation of the remaining stay, subject to Airbnb’s policies and applicable law. If security assistance is required because of a rule violation, a $500 security response/removal fee may apply.
